Because

Because of this chain reaction,
Everyone bolts into action
In one tenth of a fraction,
There seems to be no satisfaction.
Everyone in a rush,
Tryin’ to be somebody.
Strugglin’ for a push,
But they don’t know any karate.
We use violence they way we know to,
The way we’re showed to,
Kickin’ and Screamin’ until they can’t take no more,
It’s not like we give to the poor,
Or show how much we adore,
Everyone is just lookin’ to score,
The bigger the better:
Too many things in this world that we ignore:
The lover the liver.
Take your time to view what God has in store.
Because this world only gives but one life to live,
And that’s all that God can give.
Because we take no control of our destiny,
Everything in front of seems so cloudy.
Because no one wants to take a risk,
Everyone sees each other unbrisk.
Because we don’t take the time to love…
We don’t pay attention to Him above…
We don’t take the time to watch the dove…
Everyone wants there way, just push and shove.
We don’t see the greatness in things that are little,
We think something is wrong when they see it’s brittle,
Some of us are just stuck in the middle.
…Because you look down and see this little pebble,
The world stops and thinks your a rebel,
In your hands you hold it, very prayerful,
Make a wish and toss and see the ripple,
Lookin’ ahead, you know it’s a puzzle,
Knowin’ that there will never be a sequel,
To something you thought was so simple.
…Because we take the time to learn so late,
Our life becomes alone, without a fate.
